And in turn, your life becomes well-balanced and healthy. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I’ll help you re-evaluate the way you eat, move, and interact with the world around you. Regarding what's on your plate, I’ll help you relinquish food labels and restrictions, mindfully honor your cravings, and incorporate a wide variety of real, whole foods. My areas of focus include: body acceptance / finding your body's set point, hypothalamic amenorrhea, PCOS / hormone imbalance, gut health, and adrenal fatigue. I'll help you find nourishment (and joy!) in the way you eat.
The Kickstarter Intensive is all about efficient, actionable change. Throughout the month, we'll reevaluate your relationship with food, your body, and exercise. We'll define your vision and your intentions, then I'll support you in your journey to mental and physical wellbeing.
After working together, you'll be equipped with mindful eating strategies, simple health habits, and a tangible plan to incorporate wellness into your everyday life.
The most comprehensive option, working with me 1:1 is about an integrated lifestyle change. It's an opportunity to create lasting habits while accomplishing a variety of wellness, health, and life goals.
1:1 coaching is about finding freedom. It's the chance to improve your mental wellbeing, increase your energy levels, find your body's set point, and accomplish your specific health goals. Beyond the scope of nutrition, we'll dig into areas like career, relationships, spirituality, and exercise. In working together, you'll learn how to let go of limiting beliefs, restrictions, and a negative mindset around your self-worth.

Whether you’re a student, a parent, an expecting mother, or a busy professional, food is the gateway to staying healthy, performing optimally, and feeling satiated. I’ll create a specialized meal plan to meet your individual needs.
Depending on your specific dietary restrictions (or preferences), I'll outline a weekly grocery list with simple yet creative recipes that won't break the bank. I'll help you maximize your meals via meal prep! In doing so, you'll save time in the kitchen throughout the week. If you're in the local-Denver or Boulder area, let me know. I offer grocery store tours, helping you efficiently navigate the aisles.
