My philosophy is rooted in a non-diet approach. I advocate for eating intuitively and living mindfully. I believe in the power of consuming simple, wholesome foods, in honoring cravings, and in feeling nourished and satisfied after each meal. And while food is fuel, it's also meant to bring you joy and happiness. Finding balance is key.

Additionally, self-care is at the forefront of my beliefs. When you take care of yourself, you begin living the life you've always wanted. Caring for yourself means you're eating enough (and the most optimal foods for your body), managing your stress, adequately sleeping, and moving your body in a way that feels good.

In essence, health is much more than what's on your plate. But, what's on your plate is a representation of how you're living your life. Are you eating too little? Too much? In a rushed or stressed manner? Are you choosing processed, conventional, sugary snacks over something much more nourishing? Knowing how to take care of yourself isn't always easy. Working with me is a chance to rediscover your innate ability to honor and nourish your body.

Concerned about eating healthy while staying within your budget? Are you buying food that goes to waste? I'm here to help. For Denver and Boulder clients, we'll spend one hour and shop together. There are healthy food options at every grocery store, not just at Whole Foods. I'll show you how to shop for unprocessed, organic food and teach you how to read food labels. In the summertime, we can go to the farmers' market together.
