Meal prep

Too busy to meal prep? I've got you covered. With work responsibilities, family obligations, and everything in between, it's hard to find time to meal prep. However, having healthy options on hand will alleviate stress during the week and allow you to focus on everything else in your life. For Denver and Boulder clients, I'm happy to meal prep for you. After an initial consultation, I'll prep your meals and snacks on Sunday and you can either pick them up or I'll drop them off. Grocery store tour

Concerned about eating healthy while staying within your budget? Are you buying food that goes to waste? I'm here to help. For Denver and Boulder clients, we'll spend one hour and shop together. There are healthy food options at every grocery store, not just at Whole Foods. I'll show you how to shop for unprocessed, organic food and teach you how to read food labels. In the summertime, we can go to the farmers' market together.
